I made spaghetti Napolitan, Japanese ketchup based spaghetti.
There are many unique spaghetti dishes in Japan.
Today I introduce one of Japan's classic spaghetti dishes, Napolitan.
It's spaghetti fried with ingredients and ketchup, so a simple recipe.

Ingredients: serve 1
3 sausages
1/2 onion
1/4 green bell pepper
100g/3.5oz spaghetti
5 tbsp+ ketchup
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

1L Water
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
