The Cuisinart ICE-100 makes the best Ice Cream & Sorbet. It is so easy to use.
The basic Vanilla recipe is below:
To make Coffee Ice Ceam substitute 1 cup of Cold Coffee in place of the 1 cup Milk.
3 cups 36% Heavy Cream
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoons Vanillia Extract ( Mexican Vanilla Extract is the best)
Mix in the ice cream maker for 44 minutes.
**Eggs are optional - you don’t need them for this recipe 👍🏼
