At least five people have been killed and 60 others injured in clashes between Hindus and Muslims south of India's capital.
The violence erupted after a Hindu religious procession passed through a Muslim-dominated region.
Several Muslim shops, cars and a Mosque were set on fire in neighbouring Gurugram.
Shops, schools and colleges have been told to remain closed.
The initial cause of the violent attack is being investigated.
