I baked a RibEye Roast in my De'Longhi Rapid Crisp Air Fryer with the help of the MeatStick X. Coated it with some Liquid Smoke and rubbed it with Adam's Reserve Rib, Steak Rub. I set the air fryer to full blast and covered the roast with a piece of aluminum foil until the internal temp reached 120. I then took the foil off and went a few more minutes to get a crust. Took a total of about 1 hour 15 minutes. The roast came out amazing. I'll pull it out at 120-125 next time to get a true medium rare....
