Hi everyone! In this video I explain how to track your menstrual cycle, why cycle tracking is important and a framework on some essential things you should track! You can track your cycle using an app on your phone (I suggest trying Clue app [ Ссылка ] or the Read Your Body App [ Ссылка ]) or a paper journal!
Cycle tracking is an intuitive process. Do what feels good!
Here are the most important things to track:
-first day of your period (tracking this tells
you how long your cycle is)
- the end of your period
- period flow (heavy, moderate, light)
- period colour (red, brown, etc)
- any menstrual clots
- menstrual cramps
- any menstrual discomfort or changes
- ovulation spotting/pain
- overall mood & emotions
- physical symptoms
- libido
- stress
- illness
- hunger changes
Tracking your cycle can offer you a lot of insights into your inner rhythm. There is a lot of knowledge we can learn about ourselves through our cycle. Happy tracking!!!
