4) If you get rejected, delete the previous submissions beforre re-trying. Once you receive the Certificate of Residence, submit the form (photograph of the document in clear .jpg format) in Adsense, to Google Ireland. ie. In Google Adsense, follow the links to fill in the Tax info for Ireland, it will require you to submit the Certificate of Residence.
