STORYLINE:
The body of a young man was recovered by Spanish police from the Mediterranean Sea near Tarajal beach Thursday.
The beach is on the border between Morocco and the Spanish enclave of Ceuta.
It's where many Moroccans and other Africans have taken to swimming around the border fence to reach European soil.
Spain and Morocco are at odds over the flow of migrants that Morocco allowed into Ceuta earlier this week.
It's seen by many as retaliation for Spain's hosting of a Western Sahara independence leader.
