한-태국 수교 60주년 맞는 올해, 외교장관 회담 열어 전략적 동반자임 확인

The nation's foreign minister met with her Thai counterpart, to discuss ways to further expand and deepen the two countries' relations, in light of their 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
Don Pramudwinai highly praised Seoul's dedication to denuclearization and peace on the peninsula.
The visiting diplomat promised Thailand will provide support from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, as the next chair country.
Kang Kyung-hwa sought Bangkok's economic cooperation ahead of officially initiating President Moon's 'New Southern Policy' which seeks to deepen economic, cultural, civilian-level ties with the ASEAN.
According to the foreign ministry this meeting was a chance to reaffirm Thailand's support for Seoul's policies on the East and Southeast Asian region.
