Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam has said she will rebuild the city's reputation and end the city's political chaos. After a delay of more than a month, Mrs Lam delivered her policy address in front of a Legislative Council without any opposition lawmakers. They had resigned en masse a few weeks ago.
