It has been too long ago when I saw one of the beautiful Douglas KDC10s from the Royal Dutch Air Force. It’s difficult to catch them for me, cause the airport of Eindhoven, where they are based, is not easily reachable for me. It all depends for the more less secret operations, like the EART Air Tanker mission. Every year at the start of spring it takes place and air refuelling planes from big European countries participate in a mission of air refueling jet fighters over the North Sea. So on the 10th of April I went for it and made the long journey by public transport to Eindhoven. And I got result as you can see in this video, full of action of a beautiful classic triholer! Enjoy!
