DISAPPEARING PLATFORMS ALER-
Actually no. At 2:41, the Super Adapter and its double jump makes the disappearing platforms there much, much easier to cross. You'll never have it this good again. You can still challenge yourself to do for it without the SA, though. The end of that, if you can reach it, has an E-Tank, S-Tank, & a W-Tank.
An S-Tank is practically an E-Tank & W-Tank put together. They completely heal Mega Man and refill every last one of his weapons' energy. This is VERY useful, but you can only have one at a time, so it should only be used as a last resort, like maybe during the final boss?
--------------
Before that area, there's one that's similar to a section in Cloud Man's stage where most of the glass floor is invisible until you get close to it. Get through there carefully so that you don't accidentally fall into the spike pit.
Another section has its own self-destructing platforms. It's also the same room where there are two different routes. I used those platforms to reach the route that has the disappearing platforms.
--------------
They will soon merge back into one path as you meet the next boss, HannyaNED².
It's constantly chasing after you while firing missiles, launching shoulder bombs, and sweeping the floor with its forehead laser. After that, it'll slowly charge at you and fall back slowly.
There are at least two ways you can beat this thing quickly:
1): Use the Rush Jet, and shoot right at its eyes. The Rush Jet flies just as fast as this boss, so it'll never catch up to you on the right until it charges.
2): Jump right to its eyes and hit them with the Slash Claw. That does more damage to it, but you're more likely to get hit.
You should use the Rush Jet first to hit the HannyaNED² from a safe distance, then when that runs out of energy, finish off the rest of its health with the Slash Claw.
After that, you'll beat this level and go to the final one.
