This is a wall pilates workout for weight loss, as strength training has been shown to be supportive of weight loss goals. This is a free wall pilates workout. This would be a great mat pilates workout for athletes, as pilates workout for cross training is a great way to strengthen stabilizer muscles and prevent injury during sports performance. This workout could be performed as a workout or used as an active rest day.
