Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe, fresh from signing into law a new constitution for his country, is stepping up pressure on the international community. During the signing ceremony earlier this week, Mugabe took a swipe at the Southern Africa Development Community, saying it is welcome to observe the elections, but not to interfere in the running of the polls. SADC, led by South Africa, was heavily involved in brokering the global political agreement, which gave birth to Zimbabwe's current coalition government. CCTV's Farai Mwakutuya Reports.
