Heel Pain Relief Exercises

Heel raises: To do a heel raise, stand on the edge of a step with your heels hanging off the edge. Slowly raise your heels up off the step and then lower them back down. Repeat 10 times.
Toe towel curls: To do a toe towel curl, sit on the ground with a towel in front of you. Curl your toes around the towel and pull it towards you. Hold the position for 30 seconds.
