Puto pao is one of the many variants of steamed mini buns that made out of rice and all-purpose flour. These little treats are usually filled with tasty seasoned pork and topped with salty duck eggs. In this recipe, we switched the regular seasoned pork for crispy lechon kawali dinuguan and topped it with eggs and cheddar cheese.
