Bright, vibrant, lemon-yellow in color. Intense, expressive nose, inviting and youthful, with a mineral, chalky aroma, hints of herbs, tarragon, lemon, and buddah's hand citrus. Intense on the palate, with a long finish, with chalkiness, earthiness, a nice amount of citrus, with a peachy floral note. The wine is very dry, and juicy in acidity, tart, moderate to light in body.
Not oaky, very fresh and bright. The mouthwatering acidity means this wine would go well with asparagus, goat cheeses, salads, or light poultry dishes. A perfect summertime wine.
