In this video Keysight shows the Scienlab Charging Discovery System (CDS). With this device the user is able to test the charging interface of an electric vehicle or an charging station. Depending on the use case (in total three) the CDS in combination with an power load/-source can emulate the charging interface of the car (EVSE-Test) or the charging station (EV-Test). In the third use case, called “Man-in-the-middle” test, the CDS acts as an analyzing tool.
