Government has been put on the spot for neglecting the poor and doing little to help improve the lives of the underdogs.This was part of the homily given by the Vatican cardinal, Fernando Filoni during the celebration of the golden jubilee of Kampala Archdiocese at Namugongo Martyrs Shrine.
