Speaking at the opening of the UN Oceans Conference in New York, Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe declared sanctions a hindrance to his country's ability to fight climate change. "Down with your sanctions," Mr. Mugabe declared, adding climate change is not discriminatory. (Reuters)
