Hello Everyone!

I have suffered from Demodex for over ten years and have discovered a natural internal and external approach to treating them. When I figured out I was vitamin D deficient, I realized that It was the reason for my suffering. I started with sunlight, then I would supplement at least 100,000 iu until my symptoms were gone.
