I went from hating them to promoting them😅
First of alle the pistol squad isn't a bad leg exercises.
It involves Balance/Stability/Mobility and Strengh in one movement so if you can do it, you my respect!
But thats why a lot of peope struggle with them.
I think here is the BSS a better alternative to build strenght/Stability and Balance, once you master these, the pistol squad should be no problem any more.
Do you prefer the pistol squad over everything
Or do you even Train legs
