I kind of went back to the drawing board on my "Concept SPR". I really liked how well the other one shot but it was just to heavy that maneuverability of the rifle was vastly hindered. With the other one into the 10lb range it cut down the ability to shoot tactical rifle matches, although it could be done you felt it when your run was over. With that kind of weight Id prefer to have one in 308. This project shows the rifle in my eyes to be the perfect blend of precision to aid in shots to 300yrds and be able to maneuver the rifle around through a course of fire.
