Briefly explaining the difference between these two terms. They tend to trick a lot of new students when taking a course involving Biology and evolution. It's important to be able to apply and recognize the differences between the two early on, because if you don't, they will cause you to lose a lot of marks later on. Evolution and population genetics are such material which require real critical thought and application on unique examples.
