Welcome to our new series: Coffee with the interns. This new series will follow the journey of Eric and Jacky as they explore new ways to brew and roast coffee. There really isn't a limit to what they can do and they will try anything.
For our first episode of the series, Vince convinced the interns to boil coffees beans instead of brewing the grinds to see the outcomes of that.
