Here is how you can preserve fresh vine leaves:
You'll need:
1 kg vine leaves
3 liters water
200 grams sea salt
1 tsp lemon salt
Directions:
After picking the leaves, wash and stack them to prepare for preserving. Add the sea salt and lemon salt to the water and heat until dissolved. Pour the water over the vine leaves, cover with a weight, and let sit for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, roll the leaves in bunches and arrange in the jars. Pour the salt water to the brim and close the lid tightly. Boil the jars for 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
