- 750 ml water ( to boiled beef)
- 7 shallots
- 3 garlic
- a spices of ginger
- a spices of galangal
- 2 white cardamom
- 3 clove
- 1/4 nutmeg
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 350 water (to cooking dish)
