We are planting heirloom wheat that has not been planted here in over 70 years. I was able to find the seed after years of looking. I am really looking forward to growing, harvesting, threshing, and milling this special grain. I look forward to sharing it with you.
Here at Metcalf Mills our goal is preservation and education of the grain milling process, and also to help provide a service that makes good, healthy, fresh milled products more available to individuals and communities.
