122 Leadenhall Street, also known as The Cheesegrater and The Leadenhall Building, is a postmodern and High-tech office building in 122 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3, England, UK. It had the height of 225 metres | 738 ft and 52 floors, 4 floors below ground. The construction started in 2011 and completed in June 2013. It opened in July 2014. By then, it is the 29th tallest in Europe, 4th tallest in the UK and 4th tallest in London. The site is adjacent to the Lloyd's Building, also designed by Rogers, which is the current home of the insurance market Lloyd's of London. The project was initially delayed due to the financial crisis and was revived in October 2010 and Oxford Properties has co-developed the property in partnership with British Land.
