Lowland Scotches are usually subtle, light and very unassuming. However, this Bladnoch 17 year matured in California Red wine is Incredible. I can only assume a Cabernet was used and the dry, fruitiness comes through perfectly. This is better than the other lowland scotches I have had (Auchentoshan), hope you enjoy the review, cheers!
