The first pro to having multi piece wheels is that when you damage a part on it, you can just swap it out instead of having to replace the entire thing. Smashed the face on it cause you thought you Mazda speed 3 was a rally car? No problem just get a new face!

The 2nd pro is more of a personal choice, but it’s looks or aesthetic. Multi piece wheels like the Work meister, or BBS LM, or Volk GTC are Mwah chefs kiss.

The last pro is that multi piece wheels hold their value. Later on down the road when you go to buy your next set of wheels, you can sell multi piece wheels (in good condition) for almost the same as what you bought them for

The first con is costs. Multi piece wheels are expensiveeeeeee. Especially 3 piece wheels. They’re more expensive because of the process in which they’re made, and how precise they have to be to fit your car. Which I guess the accuracy could also be a pro.

The 2nd con is weight. If you’re trying to do race car stuff and make your car as light as possible, multi piece wheels are NOT the way to go. Multi piece wheels are usually around 30-40 pounds per wheel.
