Today I ran the Manchester South Parkrun. I managed to run it in 20:33 and came 32nd.

The weather was glorious and the run was great. I love shouting humorous one liners at volunteers.

I like this run it was very flat and quick. It was surrounded by an old forest, BMX track and a historic building.

I saw a cycling shop, I wish it was closer. I got a glimpse behind the scenes but I went in and left quick, just in case the owner thought I was up to no good.

I met a few nice runners and caught up. Who subscribed.
