1 - 3 Tsp Chipotle Sauce (La Costena - add more or less depending on how spicy you want it)
90g Light Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Lightest or Light Laughing Cow Cheese)
320g Pasta (dry weight - Vetta Smart Penne Pasta - or pasta of choice)
1 Diced Brown Onion
6 Diced Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon / Chicken Stock Powder (Vegeta)
