Worcester City Walk, Highlighting River Severn, Worcester Cathedral & Fort Royal an English Civil War, Fort Site! Worcester has lots of history and lots to do and see! Its the county town of Worcestershire, home of Worcester University and is eminently walk-able! I started my Urban walk along the banks of the river Severn where we find the Horse Racing coarse known as the Pitchcroft. Then we following the river past the 1st class county cricket ground to the Cathedral then on up to the Fort Royal Park a former site of a royalist fort in the English civil war! We then head to walk around the shops and restaurants of the city center! This walk is 7 miles in length but is flat in the most part and there are plenty of places to take the views or get a tea or coffee or some lunch on the way! This is only a small part of what Worcester has to offer i will do a second film in the future, detailing other places or note and interest! Hope you enjoy my walk around Worcester as much as i did!
