Description
Macarona Béchamel is a famous Egyptian baked pasta. The meat is cooked with tomato sauce and other spices then arrange it between two layered penne pasta and poured the creamy homemade Bechamel sauce. Some other places in Egypt add beaten eggs or roomy cheese on top then cooked it in oven till top turns to golden brown.
Ingredients:
1. 350g boiled pasta
2. 40g cheese roomy
For the meat
1. 2 and 1/2 tbsp. oil
2. 1 onion, grated
3. 3 cloves garlic, minced
4. 500g minced meat
5. 3/4 tsp. salt
6. 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
7. 1/2 tsp. paprika
8. 1 tsp. coriander
9. 1 tsp. the five spices
10. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
For the bechamel sauce
1. 3 tbsp. butter
2. 3 tbsp. flour
3. 1 kg +1 and 1/2 cup milk
4. 1/2 tsp. coriander
5. salt and pepper to taste
