Gaspar Sanz (1640-1710) was a Spanish guitarist, composer, organist and priest. He wrote three pedagogical works on the guitar, which included music for 90 guitar pieces.

This video of 'Tarantella' is based on the recording of Baroque guitarist Xavier Díaz-Latorre on the 2014 album "Sanz: Danzas de Rasgueado y Sones de Palacio".

The Cuban Tres shares the Baroque guitar's octave-tuned strings, so it is a decent medium for playing Baroque guitar music. I also double-tracked a tambourine onto my Tres playing.
