In response to a Parliamentary question by MP Ms Ellen Lee on whether Malaysia had the right to review the Water Agreement, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Law K Shanmugam outlined the history of the Singapore-Malaysia water relationship and reiterated Singapore's position on the issue that the Water Agreement was a matter of international law and that Malaysia has lost its right to review the price of water.
