Amara is an author, spiritual blogger, teacher, spiritual mentor, and shamanic practitioner. For over a decade she has been involved in consciousness exploration, shamanism studies, and spiritual development practices, specializing in the transformative potential of altered states of consciousness and teaching others how to connect with their highest wisdom.
Amara is a shamanism teacher with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, consciousness trainer for the Monroe Institute, and a certified facilitator of SoulCollage, Zentangle, Chakradance, Touch Drawing, and Veriditas Labyrinth practices. Amara holds certifications as a spiritual director, sound healer, crystal healing practitioner, henna artist, and Reiki Master.
