A look at my Les George Talos.

The latest production model from George Knives is the Talos. The Talos is similar in size to the legendary VECP folder, but has more radial design elements. The blade is given a upper swedge grind for a spearpoint tip profile. The George Knives Talos project goal was to take a design similar to the of the full Les George Customs FM-1 folder model and streamline the manufacturing to create a utilitarian version that was more obtainable to users than Les's full customs. The result is a superbly designed, tough as nails folder. Built in the same shop and with the same attention to detail as Les George's full customs, the only difference is that the Talos blades are machine ground rather than hand ground. The final bevel and fitting is still done one at a time by Les.
