10 Hours of relaxing ocean waves, crashing on this beautiful beach in Dorset, UK. This footage can be used for relaxation, meditation, study or as ambient background noise to unwind. It helps the relax the nervous system by simulating the effects of nature inside your home.

This footage was shot with a Sony FDR-AX53 Camcorder, on the shores of Chesil Beach. It is a pebble beach which stretches for 18 miles along the south coast of England, where we visited during a 3 day stay in Weymouth. This one of the most iconic beaches in the UK and gave us a perfect opportunity to set up the camera to make this video.
