For the caramel :
50 ml water
160g caster sugar

For the crème caramel :
1 large orange
1/2 vanilla pod
3 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
70g caster sugar
300 ml milk
200 ml double cream
A little vegetable oil for greasing the moulds
mint for garnish
