Over 300 Cadets from 1st and 6th Brigade #ArmyROTC programs participated in the first Task Force Georgia Joint FTX that included Cadets from mutiple Brigades. Taking place over four days, Feb. 27 - March 1, 2020, at the Bartram Forest Wildlife Area in Milledgeville, GA., the #FTX tested the Cadets tactical skills and leadership skills in an environment similiar to what they will experience at Advanced Camp at Fort Knox, Ky. this summer.
Hosted by Georgia Military College, the training was supported by the Georgia National Guard and Cadre from eight other colleges and universities in Georgia. The training focuses on Cadet Leader Development in simulated combat operations field exercises designed to assess the Cadet's leadership skills and included day and night land navigation.
