It's strawberry season! 🍓🍓🍓 When we have lots of strawberries coming in from the garden, we love to turn them into strawberry jam. Today I'll be showing you how to make an EASY batch of strawberry jam that will be low-sugar and doesn't need powdered pectin to create a jammy texture. This technique is great to learn because it can be adjusted to any sweetness level, any batch size or type of fruit (preferably berries), and you can even use frozen fruit! This jam should be eaten within a week, but you can store it in the freezer for longer term storage. What a great way to preserve those spring strawberries!
Please note that jam made in this way can NOT be water bath canned because of the low sugar content.
