After series of meetings and discussions with the cabinet and officials of various departments Siddaramaiah is set to take a final decision on implementation of 5 poll promises on Friday. A cabinet meeting is scheduled tomorrow following which congress party will lay out the details pertaining the implementation of the promised five guarantees but it still remains unclear whether the guarantees will be implemented without any conditions as the ministers remain tight lipped pertaining the question.
