SMART AUTO, a fully automatic packing machine that accepts material from any of the three dispensing systems namely Auger Filler (Sure PAC) or Cup Filler (V PAC). This advanced equipment converts plastic films into a pouch, accepts material from the dispensing system & seals the filled pouches using pneumatically operated heaters. The eye mark controller and Full/half-cut count system are some of the inbuilt systems that are available on the operator's fingertips. The pouch is formed using a former which can accept film of a width below 390 mm. The vertical travel of the film & the vertical sealing is done through the VFD/stepper motor controller. The height of plain pouches is smartly tailored in this packing machine. The batch coding system is optional.
