This video provides an overview of the key features in Data Exchange 4.0. The key features are; Oracle database is introduced as the transformation target. You can now define transformations from Enterprise Database Server to Oracle Database and
Enterprise Relational Database Server to Oracle Database. System functions and User defined functions are introduced to enhance the method of defining expressions and Classifier filters to conditionally transform data at the classifier level. The DML command substitution feature provides more flexibility to control a transformation by mapping a source command to another command at the target. To enhance security, Data Exchange now provides you an option to create an application user account exclusive to Data Exchange.
