Touted as the most crucial phase for NDA as well as RJD-led Grand Alliance, the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections will take place in 94 constituencies where 2.85 lakh voters will decide the fate of 1,463 candidates. Tejashwi Yadav, the CM face of Grand Alliance, is contesting from Raghopur seat, and his elder brother Tej Pratap is also fighting in this phase.
