The Port Line of PRP Guandelas Commuter consists of 3 flag stops and a station. These are:
* 5th Avenue
* Workshop
* Guandelas Port

Along the said line, you will pass at the Tootsrailco Workshop, which was inspired from the PNR Caloocan Workshops. While at the end of the line leads you towards the Guandelas Port proper, where freight and other goods from and for the city is loaded/unloaded.
