In this knife making project we are transforming an old rust leaf spring into a beautiful kitchen tool. This knife isn’t meant to be used as a you would a regular cleaver. Think of it as more of a blade in the profile of a cleaver with the refined edge of a chef’s knife, i.e. the Chef’s Cleaver. As such it is more suited to precise and delicate kitchen work rather than hacking through bones. Really pleased with the finish and razor sharp edge on this one. This is a no BS, straight to the point, get ‘er done video. Enjoy the fast paced, detailed build!
