The Mumbai Police have issued fresh prohibitory orders banning activities like flying any drone, remote-controlled light aircraft, or paragliders in the city for a period of 30 days from November 13 onwards. The decision comes due to a threat perception. Flying microlight aircraft, private helicopters, and hot air balloons will also be banned till December 12 to prevent their possible use for terrorist activities, an official said on Thursday.
