To flash this unit;
1. Connect the IO0 pin to GND
2. connect only TX, RX and GND from TTL converter with 3.3v signals.
3. power unit with seperate clean regulated power 5v/12v/24v or whichever model you purchased, do not underpower the unit otherwise the relays will not trip and you may get unexpected results.
